Abstract [eng] There has been discussed a conception, a significance and theoretical aspects of human resource management, motivation and job satisfaction in the article. There has also been provided a search of interfaces of motivation and job satisfaction in human resource management. The goal of the article is to analyze motivation in human resource management in the theoretical aspect and to reveal interfaces of motivation and job satisfaction in a business organization. A theoretical assumption is that a level of motivation and employees’ satisfaction of their job depends on each other. This assumption has been approved with an empirical correlation analysis. There has been presented a systemized data, and calculated the main characteristics. To set a coherence of a statistical data there has been used a correlation analysis. To compare averages there has been used a t test and a dispertion analysis. Results of the research shows that there is a connection between motivation and job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to more effectively manage human resources through a common motivation and job satisfaction system in the organization would require additional qualitative research, which would reveal the specific motivating factors causing job satisfaction and this would enable the organization to improve their performance due to more efficient human resource management.
