New and highly advanced technologies, robotics, virtual reality, artificial intelligence and so on are constantly penetrating the healthcare system. The nurse these days seeks to examine the practice carefully and to evaluate it critically and consider it well. The importance of leadership is identified as part of a well-functioning or emerging health care system. The provision of services to patients and the satisfaction of their needs with the services of a nurse are influenced by various factors of the health care system, such as the attention paid to the sick person, the satisfaction of his or her needs and needs. The more the patient’s needs are met, the greater the job satisfaction the nurse feels. |
