In the master's thesis the theory of the company's human resource management concept and the methodology of human resource management evaluation are analyzed. It provides the analysis of human resources management of UAB "X" organization along with the summarized conclusions of the analysis. In the first part, the theory of human resources and the concept of human resource management and human resource management models are analyzed based on scientific sources. The second part presents the research methodology of human resource management. It explains how the questionnaire survey and expert interviews help to assess the quality of the organization's human resources management and presents the course of the research on human resources management of UAB X and the research ethics. The third part analyzes the characteristics of UAB "X" and provides the analysis of the applied research results. An evaluation of the human resources management of UAB X is presented. |
