The object of the research is the theory and practice of incineration research - legal regulation and its practical implementation, taking into account the algorithm of intentional destruction or damage of property on January 29, 2018 and its influence on the practical investigation of criminal cases. The subject of the research is forensic and other legal literature on the investigation of arson (fires), laws of criminal procedure, legal acts of law enforcement institutions regulating the investigation of arson (fires), the practice of the investigation of arson (fires), practical problems personnel conducting the combustion investigation. The aim of the work is to analyze the genesis of fire and fire and to review the history of arson, to analyze the peculiarities of arson investigation using the algorithm of intentional destruction or damage of property 29/28/2018 and to analyze the possible solutions to the problems. |
