Relevance of the work. Burnout syndrome is a particularly important topic, as social workers are at higher risk of burnout, as they experience stress, tension, complex client problems, disrespectful client behaviour, unexpected and dangerous events when visiting clients' families at home, and have a significant impact on burnout. the inability of employees themselves to distance themselves from customers, their problems outside working hours. The problem of occupational burnout is of great concern because occupational burnout syndrome begins quite unnoticed, but then has significant consequences for both the organization and the employee. Social workers face a particularly heavy workload and responsibility, as working with families at social risk requires special attention to families, a constant process of monitoring and assistance. Social workers are accompanied by stress, tension, difficult client problems, disrespectful treatment, potential dangers when visiting families at home, inability to distance themselves from their problems and their problems even during their free time, all of which increase the risk of burnout syndrome at work. |
