Abstract [eng] The final master's thesis describes the research of pain objectification and the obtained results. In the theoretical part, the analysis of scientific articles is performed. The causes of pain are reviewed, the pain is assessed from a clinical and biomechanical point of view, and the methods used to diagnose pain and record the sensation of pain are discussed. The selected and designed mechanical pain stimulus is described, the principle of operation and validation are described. The study section describes the selection of subjects for the study, the study protocol, the operation of the Biopac system, arrangement of its electrodes and analytical data algorithms. The analysis of the obtained results was performed, distinguishing statistically significant gait parameters, according to which the subject's pain can be assessed according to the physiological changes of the signal elements. The conclusions and references are presented Structure: introduction, theoretical part, reserch methodology, research results, conclusions, references. Thesis consist of: 49 p. text without appendixes, 19 pictures, 7 tables, 68 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
