Abstract [eng] An organizational culture (OC) unites all the types of the company activities and all the relationships and makes the personal to be focused and productive. It creates the external company‘s picture and forms its brand, developed relationships with suppliers, clients and partners. An organizational culture helps to concentrate effort into the main strategic sphere according the mission of the company. It will be difficult to find a company which would not be willing to have a strong organizational culture. The chosen research theme‘s relevant correlation to the growth of competition and continuously growing demands of consumers (customers). An organizational culture is one of possible factors which increase the worth the value of a company. In the service sector, an OC is an additional potential for any organizations development. It may increase an economic and social effectiveness. Therefore technologies for an OC‘s improvement have to be analyzed in detail according to the direction set. In this context an OC‘s formation method increase the importance for organizational managers. The research object – the organizational culture of the forwarding company. The research aim – after analyzing the date of empirical research in the forwarding company to define its present and desired organizational culture, and on the basis of scientific literature analysis to define the newest organization values. The diagnosis was performed by applying internationally recognized methodology following. In order to prepare the research date analysis there was applied and systematically approach metalized and comparison expert evaluation method. To perform organizational company's culture diagnosis there was applied K. S. Cameron and R. E. Quinn (1999) OC‘s Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument OCAI. To research date there was chosen quantitative research method – a questionnaire. According to the performed research, there was created a present profile of the company and to set organizations values. On their basis new organizational culture is being created and a company’s ability to manage change more effectively in the future.
