Abstract [eng] |
In this paper, an integrated circuit was designed which purpose is to supply energy for 4 V devices in 10–100 V systems. The integrated circuit has three functional blocks – DC-DC buck converter, lithium-ion battery charger and power supply switch. Analyzed working principles of DC-DC buck converter and lithium-ion battery charger. Designed and analyzed electrical schematics and layout of integrated circuit. Compared schematics and layout simulation results. Results and propositions about system improvements are given in the final chapters. The thesis consists of: 91 p. text without appendixes, 61 pictures, 15 tables, and 12 sources. Appendixes are added. |
