Abstract [eng] The changes of nursing in worldwide context forms a new conception about the nursing as about the activity, based on team-work. The different specialists in team-work supplement each other; give a new knowledge to each other, which are necessary to solve the nowadays patient’s health problems. Frequently, the complicated relations between doctors and nurses and the limited possibilities of offering the new, creative means of solving the patients’ problems, disturb the development of efficient activity of team-work. The method of collaboration lets the workers of different specialties to solve equally the patient’s health problems.The used research’s methods: the analysis of scientific literature and the method of semi-structured interview, which was used, while the qualitative research was fulfilled. In the research 13 respondents (nurses), working in the surgery department of “N” multi-profile hospital, took part. The results of the research: in opinion of the respondents, the nurses of the hospital work by team principle. The core of the team – is a doctor, nurse, patient, his relatives, other specialists. In opinion of these nurses the team-work is - a work together, a wish to work and strive for the times, to get positive results. The significance of team-work is that well-coordinated, harmonious actions in team let to strive for the welfare of the patient’s health and help all team members to expand their knowledge and skills in other spheres.. The analysis of the research results has shown, that hospital’s nurses realize their activity’s functions in team, rendering to patients the services of health teacher, nurse, attorney, and nursing researcher. A nurse is not only an executor of doctor’s indications, but also an independent nursing specialist, who is capable after consultation with patient or doctor, to decisions independently. He knows his activity’s functions and fulfills them (the conducting of documentation, the fulfilling of nursing procedures, the involvement of patients and relatives, and etc. The research has revealed nurses’ opinion about the collaboration in team-work. It’s defined, that mutual aid (it’s worked, solved, decided together), understanding (friendly, business, professional, full of respect, mutual understanding) collaboration (informing, the presenting of knowledge, good communication, the supplementation of each other, mediation) are the priorities of their successful team-work at hospital. In opinion of nurses, taken part in the research, the efficient activity in team is stipulated by following factors: mutual aid (it’s worked, solved, decided together), understanding (friendly, business, professional, full of respect, mutual understanding) collaboration with specialists (informing, the presenting of knowledge, good communication, the supplementation of each other, mediation), the involvement of patient and his relatives (family members) into healthcare team, self-dependency, equality of rights, the knowing of own and other specialists’ duties, rights and functions, the competent fulfilling of own work, the understanding of common aim and striving for it, good working atmosphere helps the specialists to work effectively in team.
