The final Master thesis is held to create a model of real estate development evaluation from the point of view of sustainability. The work is devoted to define the concept of sustainable development, explore the features of applying the principles of sustainable development in the real estate sector and to evaluate the compliance of real estate development to these principles. For this aim the first part of the thesis analyses problems of applying sustainable development principles in the real estate sector. The concept of sustainable development is presented together with it’s directions and forms. Sustainable construction principles are defined and currently used models of real estate development are presented. In the second part of the thesis methodology of real estate development evaluation from the point of view of sustainability is formulated and the model is formed. The model is applied in the third part of the thesis, where multicriteria evaluation of real estate development from the point of view of sustainability is made. The multicriteria evaluation consists of expert evaluation and mathematical analysis. After developing the model and performing evaluation in accordance with it, the final conclusions are presented. Structure: introduction, problems of applying sustainable development principles in the real estate sector, features of applying the principles of sustainable development in the real estate sector, research methodology and organization, conclusions, references.
