The final work „Control of Diabetes“is about blood sugar level. In the first part of this work is to introduce with a key concepts of insulin and blood glucose. The second part deals with diabetology. There is the diabetes incidence in Lithuania Statistics. There is an introduction to the first and second type of diabetes treatments at the old and at the new times, and the modern medicines. The third part is produced mathematical models of the first and second type of diabetes treatment. For these models have been done the numerical analysis of the sick diabetic man who takes dietary regime that is eating three or four times a day at the same time, use of insulin injections, tablets of metformin and sports. There are observed the changes sugar level in the blood, using different method of treatment. There was done the experiment is it possible to apply the mathematical model of first type diabetes for the mathematical model of the second type diabetes. The result stated that metformin tablets were well replaced insulin injections for first type of diabetes and therapeutic mathematical model could match the second type of diabetes treatment had to replace insulin injections in metformin tablets. The model‘s numerical analysis is performed using the simulation package Model Maker. |
