Master's thesis the concept of organizational culture, structure and analize the various Lithuanian and foreign authors, organizational culture, functions, values and cultural levels of analysis. Deals with the concept of socially responsible businesses, its benefits. The aim was to provide a socially responsible corporate organizational culture analysis. Organizational culture is analyzed by means of scientific analysis of the proposed organizational culture on three levels. Approval is given to the author formed the hypothesis that different organizational culture and focus on the values of different socially responsible and socially irresponsible companies. |
