The theme of master work is very relevant today - the motivation system improvement of health care employees. In order to analyze this subject, the goal was to introduce the means for the health care motivation system improvement. The master work consists of two parts. In the first part the theoretical aspects of employee motivation system are revealed, also are discussed the life cycle stages of organization and their influence on employees motivation system. In the second part are presented the results of employees and experts research. Research hypothesis - improving the motivation of Health care employees the quality of health care would be better – was confirmed. Research hypothesis - the life cycle of organization has an impact on health care employees’ motivation system – was confirmed in part. Considering the result of research, the means of motivation system improvement for the Consultative health centre and Rehabilitation Centre were introduced. |
