Master's thesis examined a very hot topic today - the organization of sustainable development. This topic is raised, and as a goal: the analysis of scientific literature, except the most important ecological, economic and social sustainability criteria for evaluation of the organization, to create a sustainable organization creating model. The work consists of two parts. The first part analyzes the sustainability, sustainable development and sustainable organization and concept of organization development and management. The second part presents an ecological, social and economic dimensions of research organizations, the proposals to improve the coherence of the organization. Research hypothesis – if the organization for a long time by their activities, they apply to ecological, social and economic aspects of sustainable development, was confirmed. |
