This thesis studies important scientific and practical problem - organizations doesn’t pay enough attention to employees adaptation. Thesis goal was to make adjustments to adaptation model after researching of new employee adaptation processes in various organizations. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part analyses adaptation process conception and benefit for various organizations, introduces variety of adaptation classification and analyses adaptation process in organizations. The second part presents choice of survey method, introduces organizations and shows interview and questionnaire survey results. Survey hypothesis - if organizations created adaptation process, then new employees adapt faster – was confirmed. Conclusions are presented according survey results. |
