In this Master’s work are analyzing internet governance conception an those governance practice possibilities, give analysis of possible Internet governance models, pose political, economical and juridical problems to introduce such government and describe suggestions to chose optimal direction of Internet governance installation. In first chapter in theoretical aspect is described Internet governance conception, rise necessity, relationships with Internet infrastructure. Second chapter analysis possible Internet governance models and those models installation political, economical and juridical aspects. Third chapter overlook Internet governance situation in Europe and Lithuania. I fourth chapter are analyzing expert opinion in Internet governance necessity and installation possible variants. |
