Substantial problems of group action are being discussed in this master’s writing. The purpose of this writing is to discover and analyze substantial and unsolved implementation problems of group action. Also there is trying to give legal analysis, to determine possible solutions. The basis of this writing is constructed of substantial and in Lithuanian civil process doctrine not discussed questions related to group action. We are trying to analyze foreign legal practice and to find solutions how to eliminate main obstructions in group action process. |
