The impact of changes of personal turnover in Jurbarkas region organizations are analyzed in master thesis. The main aim of the work is to study impact of changes on personal turnover in organizations, also to give the stabilization measures. The work consists of two parts. The first part analyzes the change process, the influence of changes in personal turnover and also presents changes influence for personal turnover theoretical model. The second part presents the course of investigations, used methods and the results of the study. After discussing the results suggested stabilization measures of the personal changes. The paper raised two hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 - If the organization is to lead to changes the most determinate is internal organizational reason - confirmed. Hypothesis 2 - If in organization is a personal turnover, this change is mostly determined by the organization material motivation - confirmed. |
