Abstract [eng] Working object: destructive employees relationship impact to organizational climate. Research problem: What effect of destructive employees relationship on organizations climate in terms of gender. Aim: to determine destructive employees relationship effect on organizations climate in terms of gender in Lithuanian regional parks. Work tasks: 1. To carry out the destructive employees relations and organizations climate interfaces in terms of gender in theoretical perspective. 2. To evaluate destructive employees relationships impact on organizational climate in terms of gender, in Lithuanian regional parks. 3. To justify destructive employees relationships impact on organizational climate condition, comparing employees and managers positions. Problematic issues: 1. How destructive relationships differ persons of different gender and whether these estimates differ? 2. How different gender persons estimate climate and whether these estimates differ? 3. What is the organizational climate and employees relationships situation of regional parks organizations in Lithuania in terms of gender? 4. How Lithuanian regional parks organizations supervisors estimate organizational climate and employees relations? Conclusions: According to the researchers analyzed literature it is shown that frequent bullying victim's gender is female. Because they are more sensitive, more thinking about the conflict took place. The men still devalues women in the workplace and do not avoid creating a negative environment for women. Assessing bullying and organizational climate in terms of gender, it can be seen that men working in Lithuania regional parks were affected of destructive behavior more often and in organization feels worse than women. Also a qualitative study was evaluated to Lithuanian regional parks superiors. Superiors their organization climate and employees relationships determine as good. As staff survey results coincide with the superiors, it can be concluded that the leaders have not been interested in their organization's environment and workers, and does not create a feedback to help improvement of the organizational climate. In order to justify destructive employee relationship between the impact of organizational climate condition, compared to employees and managers positions, it found that managers do not notice the existing problems, and employees do not tend to talk about it. The preparation of the organization's strategy, must include the prevention of mobbing. All the members of the organization has to talk about this theme, from the highest to the lowest-level employee.
