The master thesis explores the new service development (NSD) process of public services. Examines the theoretical aspects of NSD: describes the concept of public service, provides services novelty explication, overviews new service creation theories, analyses innovations in the public sector as well as new public management principles applied for NSD process. Analyses existing NSD process models. Proposes the new service development process model in public sector, and overviews its main stages and their content. After the theoretical and practical analysis of the proposed model, provides the final conclusions and recommendations. Structure: introduction, 3 parts, conclusions and suggestions, references. Thesis consist of: 76 p. text without appendixes, 16 pictures, 5 tables, 77 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included. |
