The master's thesis examines the systems of administrative justice institutions in different European countries and the USA. The first part of the paper discusses in detail the administrative justice systems of European countries. Initially, attention is paid to administrative redressal institutions in the United Kingdom, changes in this system and trends after Brexit are highlighted. The French administrative justice institutions also have a significant place in this work, the system of the Polish administrative justice institutions is also discussed, and the challenges that both countries had to face in creating today's perfectly functioning mechanisms are reviewed. In the second part, attention is paid to the administrative law system of the United States, and special importance is given to agencies that seek to ensure the rights of persons living in the United States. The third part is dedicated to the Lithuanian administrative court system, the relationship with the EU courts, the importance of quasi-courts in examining administrative disputes is highlighted. |
