Recently Lithuanian pension funds activity is associated with consumer’s expectations and investment results disconfirmation problematic situation. Therefore in this study expectations are analyzed as an influencing issue to consumer behavior, satisfaction and quality perception. Also attention is focused on factors that form expectations and their estimation models. Regarding to these explorations, Lithuanian pension fund consumer’s expectations model is constructed and adopted to fulfill a questionnaire. During the survey were questioned 478 respondents. The results of analysis reveal that an inadequacy between pension funds tax rates and risk degree, great variation of investment return and a lack of information about pension fund activity, determined consumer’s expectations negative disconfirmation. Consequently positive disconfirmation of expectations and investment results is related with pension fund activity development – equilibrate risk and return rates, correct tax and contribution tariffs, ensure consumer’s conveyance. |
