Based on research results, administration of medical institutions is recommended to consider the fact that nurses with more work experience in organization and team face more factors aggravating empowerment; that activity and competence increase together with work experience; that age and work experience do not determine nurses’ qualities. Psychiatric nurses are recommended to align with their more experienced colleagues, learn from them and improve; competence of nurses with lower education should not be downgraded. |
