In this master‘s graduation work are presented export development and export promotion measures, its efficiency evaluations theoretical aspects. Analyzed Lithuanias export promotion politics, its forming nuances; evaluated EU export promotion measures „New opportunities“ efficiency and presented conclusions and recommendations. Biggest attention is given to Lithuanias export promotion measures unefficiency problem. There is lack of financial recourses for small and medium business that to use export promotion measures. Because of this they apply for EU support. In the first part of the work by theoretical aspect is explored export influence to the economics, export promotion importance; distinguished possible export promotion measures and is given export promotion measures legal regulation. In the second part of the work are presented programmes of the European Union’s structural assistance actions, explored the role of the Lithuanias state institutions promoting export and estimated export development strategies of Lithuania in 2009-2013. In the third part is analyzed and evaluated intensity of the the export promotion measures in Lithuania. Also is given export promotion measures „New opportunities“ efficiency evaluation. |
