Abstract [eng] The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of the problematics of a business process organisation via electronic intermediaries and the services they provide. This thesis defines the concept of business process infrastructure and provides the classification of electronic intermediaries. The theoretical part deals with the generalised and grouped conceptual principles of business process infrastructure organisation and presents the conception of the integration of electronic intermediaries’ services into the business process infrastructure based on the value creation chain. Having carried out the thorough analysis of the criteria and evaluation methods of business process infrastructure effectiveness, and the review of the methods, criteria, application principles of multi-criteria analysis, the conceptual method of business process infrastructures evaluation of small and medium-sized business subjects is provided. The computer simulation method was selected to test the created conceptual method, whose validity was checked by applying qualitative analysis. The findings of the research support the hypothesis that the services provided by electronic intermediaries are treated as the elements (modules) of management process infrastructure of business organisations whose numerical value is closer to the ideal consumer’s expectations than the other alternative used to compare the results, regardless of the consumer’s preferences and characteristics. Thus, it can be concluded that electronic intermediaries and the use of the services provided by them during the value creation process leads to the preconditions for improving the efficiency of business process infrastructure.
