Considering tightening requirements for emissions of ships, more and more attention will be given to applications of low sulphur fuel. In this paper influence of 1,4-dyoxan, cyclohexanol, cyclopentanon and cyclohexanon additives for low carbon diesel fuel. The fractional composition, kinematic viscosity, cetanic number, cold filter plugging point, heating value and lubricity of mixtures are measured. Diesel and oxygenate compounds with the best operation properties, that pass the mandatory requirements of ISO 8217:2012 DMB quality standard category for offshore diesel fuel, are proposed. |
