The improvement of the population quality is connected with the necessity to mobilize the powers, efforts, assistance and support of the state, society, organizations and individual persons.The systematic approach towards population quality problems is essentially needed. The attempt was made to analyse complex social life change patterns as a part of the problem under study. |
