In Master‘s thesis is analyzed especially topical theme today – encouragement of creativity of employees in the organizacion The problem of thesis is distinguished: insufficient encouragement of creativity of employees in the organization. In order to solve this problem the goal of thesis is raised: to analyze the encouragement of creativity of employees in the organization. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first part it is discussed what the concept of creativity is, in what fields it can emphasize, how creativity is applied in the organization and how creativity of employees is encouraged in it. In the second part the methodology of research is discussed. In the third part the results of made research are discussed. The hypothesis of research: the organization uses the factors encouraging creativity of employees insufficiently - proved. Considering the results of research the recommendations are given how it is possible to improve the encouragement of creativity of employees in the organization. |
