Health care quality and the improvement of it is becoming one of the health care priorities both in National and local level. The aim – to prepare measures for health care services improvement in Silute hospital. Master thesis consists of three main parts. In the first part: health care quality concept, the influencing factors, management, evaluation and control aspects of health care services quality were described. In the second - Silute‘s hospital characteristics and research methods were described. The third part consists of research study results and special reccomendations for improvement of health care services. Research hypothesis – the proposed measures would improve the availability of the services provided by the Silute hospital – was confirmed. According to the reasearch results, specific reccomendations were provided for improvement of health care quality to Silute hospital services. |
