The article discusses strategic and mobilization plans of the Lithuanian army headquarters in case of the possible war with Germany at the beginning of 1939’s, the defence of the Lithuanian-German frontier as well as the possibility to use members of the National Guard in the frontier defence batallions. Attention is also paid to the intended military actions by the army headquarters and the main defence lines. |
