Bankruptcy procedure is unique in each case because it is related to the different branches of business-specific enterprises. Errors are done, wrong decisions are taken, risks are incurred in case organizations and their leaders are not able to cope with external factors. Such errors can often lead to the only result – bankruptcy. The article analyses the specifics of enterprises bankruptcy procedures in different business sectors, the process of the bankrupting enterprises and its managing. During the bankrupt procedure the changes in organizations are analysed. The article stresses the importance of the bankrupt administrator’s knowledge and skills administrating the different branches of business enterprises. The experience of managing the bankrupting enterprises is constantly in progress incurring transformation activities fields. The managing of bankrupting enterprises is very complicated process requiring a detailed research and development. The bankrupt procedures having been executed in one or other business enterprises shouldn’t formally differ in methods or results. Therefore, the administration of bankrupting agricultural enterprises requires a special attention. Agriculture is and will remain the area of high-risk activity, therefore, the bankrupts’ administration in different agricultural structures is related to the legal acts regulating the activity of agricultural companies.
