In order to make and substantiate optimum administrative decisions, a today’s director, who responsibly solves multiple problems related to social and economic, administrative, technical and technological aspects, needs not only experience, but also mastering of modern methods of making such decisions with orientation to the harmonious development of an enterprise, specific regions and the world in general. Thus, application of scientific mathematical methods in practice, as a rule, contributes to the increase in production efficiency. Securing optimality of making and substantiating decisions is closely related to selection of a method, which allows resolving administrative problems of different level and type. The given research examines issues of a reasonable choice of the most preferable option out of a number of alternatives using a system approach to resolve administrative problems applying the formalized expert method of priorities arrangement (МPA) by giving an example of wages calculation of labor input ratio (LIR) of a brigade (team) worker of an economic entity. |
