Abstract [eng] Organizations must be ready not only to react to external changes, but get for being active players in the market, building new markets for themselves and exploiting competitive advantages, because this is the only way to develop sustainably and stay competitive. All this could not be achieved without properly created organizational culture. This article introduces Organizational Culture profile (OCP), wluch can help to evaluate the fit between organization and individual, when investigating values, goals and beliefs. This lets us to empirically evaluate relationships between organizational culture and organizational performance in organizational behaviour level. The purpose of this article is to introduce Organizational Culture profile as a method for researching the possibilities of sustainable growth in manufacturing company. There is a variety of methods for researching organizational culture, but OCP is one of the instruments, that guarantee necessary reliability and validity. The main idea is to identify the values that organization possess, and compare these values with individual values of it's employees. A questionnaire with 28 values statement and Likert scale is used for value assessment. The results of practical research show that company employees appreciate separate values of achievement, quality and fairness. But it should be stresses that "emphasis on rewars" is most important for them as a group of values. This research also show that OCP can be used in Lithuania without fundamental changes. The best way to exploit OCP method is to use it for evaluating candidates for the job. Harmonizing the values in the company lets the company grow and develop in sustainable way.
