Research fuels innovation and new technology. Intellectual Property Management Education and Higher Education institution is of primary importance. Intellectual Property Objects preconditions to establish high-tech companies to the university. Technology transfer to business can be with the development of industrial property objects or other means to transfer them, for example, selling licenses. This paper analyzes the EU and the Lithuania instruments of intellectual property management, the economic growth of strategic priorities and initiatives. The study reviewed 2005–2012 the Lithuanian State Patent office official Gazette and implemented by university published patent situation analysis. |
