In each successful organization, the leader's and employee's ability to understand each other and to work together in a team is very important. At present, a new term is being emphasised and promoted- empowerment – the leader's actions towards the employee in order to successfully achieve the goals of the organization. The issue of the MA thesis is what kind of leadership style, the nature of the leader's impact on employees and the behavioral model can ensure more efficient human resource empowerment? The MA thesis goal is to create a model for the management of employees that promotes effective empowerment in the organization by assessing the theoretical aspects of the role of leaders in empowering human resources. The subject of the MA thesis is the role of leaders in empowerment of human resources. In order to achieve the goal of the MA thesis, were formulated the following tasks: to describe the space and typology of the concept of empowerment of human resources, to guide the organization in the context, to evaluatethe role of leaders in the empowerment of human resources, to determine the style of leadership, the impact on employees and the behavioral model that ensures more efficient employee empowerment. Research methods - systematic, comparative analysis of scientific literature, questionnaire survey, statistical analysis, SPSS analysis, expert survey. Based on scientific sources, the MA thesis reveals the concept and essence of leadership and analyzes the theoretical aspects of leadership. Ananalysis of the importance of human resources in the organization and describes the scope and typology of the concept of human resource empowerment. The leadeaders‘ role of human resources empowerment in the organization is determined by quantitative and qualitative research. The research has shown that the role of the leaders in empowering human resources is evident. Respondents highlighted the importance of leadership in the organization, the leadership style of the organization. It has been shown that employees feel more comfortable and more motivated when a leader has a liberal or cooperative leadershipstyl eand a behavioral pattern typical of these styles. The research has shown that charismatic leadership style is empowering and is the feature of empowerment. The survey showed that respondents only partially perceive the concept of empowerment and how it differs from motivation. According to experts, empowerment is one of the key tools in today's leadership in the context of leadership to ensure the success of the organization's performance. According to experts, charismatic and cooperative leadership styles are beneficial for empowerment. In order to increase the efficiency of human resource empowerment, it is purposeful to supplement the education of the employees and executives and implement certain measures. After analyzing and evaluating the theoretical possibilities for enhancing the empowerment process and the results of the research, is proposed a model for leadership and employee empowerment that will ensure a more effective process of employe empowerment. |
