| Abstract [eng] |
The article deals with the process of growth of the systemic quality of political communications and why in that process the classical political rhetoric is in decline. Persistent expansion of information technologies stimulated the birth of the memetics discipline as a means of spreading cultural information unities in the individual and in societal consciousness. The differentiation between linquistic and semantic matrices and nuclei promoted public and political discourses and the motivated advancement of joint political communications. Modern democratization stand on the dialogue communications and spread as its dynamism forms political humour. In turn these focuses of attention create the respective forms of political communication, which developed from the civility of politics and its social contents. |
