Abstract [eng] The topic of forgiveness is being analyzed in the old theological and philosophical sources. The science of psychology have been interested in that topic recently, only in the end of XX century. The first pathfinders of psychology research are considered to be US scientists R. D. Enright and E. A. Gassin, who created the model of remission process, which gave the rise to other psychological researches (Gordon, Baucom (2004), Bonach, (2007) and etc.). Study of this phenomenon is particularly significant phenomenological paradigm and qualitative methods. Phenomenological studies of remission can provide unique insights about how people with grievances are able to forgive, how to see the value of forgiveness. Qualitative interviews as a data collection method allows to touch the survey participants real life experiences, reveal their content and depth. This is based on our study of the object - the release of the survey participants experience the process of close human relationships. The study analyzed five women aged 30-55 experience obtained through in-depth interviews. Given information were analyzed using P. Collaizi phenomenological analysis. Through analysis of the interview data were revealed all three study participants common topics: 1) the emotional, cognitive and physiological reactions gamma suffered a grievance: intense emotions (anger, despair, revenge, desire, humiliation, etc.). Constant thinking about the situation (negative thoughts, repetitive and rebuilt image, an attempt to find the counterarguments), physiological body reactions to anger (nervous tremors, chest pain, crying, trouble sleeping); 2) the transformation of thoughts and behavior of rational to positivite direction, when after some time the situation comes to a new understanding of emotions going on and receding thoughts and behavior change; 3) forgiveness of awareness as a final point, which one study participant has achieved a complete release of the grievances incurred lightness and a feeling of cleanliness. Also she has reached the unconditional acceptance of relatives. Other participants are staying the the condition of doubts for the release of certainty, because have been feeling the remains of grievances. To have analyzed the expriences of each candidate we can say the specific phenomenon description, which in the final stage are connected to a common definition of the phenomenon of forgiveness. This work can be a starting point for developing a qualitative phenomenon forgiveness research and serve in finding effective ways to help people who can not forgive their loved ones.
