Abstract [eng] Psychosocial environment factors at work affect job satisfaction, work quality and patient safety. Negative psychosocial environment factors entail a higher risk of errors or occupational accidents and reduce the motivation to work. To ensure safe patient care, a positive attitude to patient safety is crucial. The positive attitude to patient safety reduces the occurrence of adverse effects, boosts job satisfaction and team-working mood.
