This work mostly is based on the discourse analyzing problematics of casualties of both conflict sides. Even thou the topic of fights against bermontians was widely investigated by Lithuanian historiographic but researchers never deepened their knowledge in to digits of casualties given by commanders, never was done comparison with enemies casualties. Never was done evaluation of potentiality of fighting sides in defense and offence. In the case of Radviliškis battle the classic military proportion of „1 in defense against 3 in offence“ is simply inapplicable. However, the victory was achieved and article provides the reasons and main circumstances that helped to defeat bermontians. |
