In this final paper author analyzes the topic of improvement of internal communication of the healthcare institution is a relevant, because the internal communication as well as public communication must be managed and coordinated at all levels of the organization structures. By eliminating the communication barriers, the internal management communication of the organization fulfills its purpose - to improve the performance of the organization and successfully achieve the set goals. The thesis paper consists of three main parts. In the first part the process, meaning, types and functions of internal communication are being justified from a theoretical perspective. In the second part, were identified the communication barriers and their methods of elimination. The third part is devoted to the analysis of internal communication of the health care institution and presentation of the results of empirical research. Based on the results of the study, the author provides recommendations and a model for improving internal communication. |
