During the research the psychoemotional well-being of women was evaluated by the effect of bereavement, grief and traumatic event’s impact. To achieve the objective a quantitative research method was used. The instrument consisted of PBS-M, PGIS, IES-R scales. The sample consisted of 153 women after pregnancy loss. The respondents lived through the loss by worrying about a reoccurring pregnancy loss, mourning and blaming themselves for the loss. The bereavement is severe when suffering though ≥ 3 pregnancy losses, which are terminated using the observation tactic. The strongest grief after the pregnancy loss was caused by the feeling that both the pregnancy and the baby seemed real. Grievance occurs at pregnancy loss > 12 week, terminating it using the observation tactic. The impact of the event on women is revealed by the perceived avoidance – denial, perception of the situation and the agitation of the event that occurred. The impact was strongly denied by single ≥ 35 years old women, that suffered though 9- 12 week ≥3 losses, living though an operational termination. Those with a higher university education, single, childless, older than 30 years old women, who live though reoccurring unsuccessful pregnancies, which were terminate using the observation method, suffered the most.
