A quantitative research has been carried out. The instrument: anonymous questionnaire survey. The collected quantitative data was systematised and graphically represented using the method of descriptive statistics. The survey sample consisted of: 164 patients with ischemic heart disease. The study has been carried out in compliance with the ethical principles. Results of the Research. It has been established that 87.2 % of patients with ischemic heart disease have poor quality of sleep, and episodic sleep disorders have been diagnosed for 49.4 % of patients. It has been observed that the lifestyle habits of patients are not very satisfactory: 20.7 % of patients consume vegetables, 18.3 % – fruit, 61 % add additional salt to the food, 62.2 % have used tobacco in the last 12 months, 74.4 % have consumed alcoholic beverages in the last 12 months, and only 26.2 % of patients engage in extremely intense or intense physical activities. It has been established that the patients who rated their quality of life (p<0.05) and health condition (p<0.05) better, were the ones who claimed that they have promoted a healthy lifestyle and have not complained about the quality of sleep. Conclusion. Patients with ischemic heart disease have poor quality of sleep as well as not very satisfactory lifestyle habits.
