This work analyzes Klaipėda city youth employment and employability opportunities in Klaipėda city. This work reviews youth employment strategies and unemployment rate in the European Union coutries, Lithuania and Klaipėda also analyzing it's spacial distribution. To be as accurate as possible while reviewing Klaipėda city youth employment and employability opportunities 384 young 18-29 year olds, who at this moment live in Klaipėda, were surveyd. In addition to that, a qualitative expert (corporate executives or employees related to candidate searches and recruitment) study was made. |
