| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this work was to reveal the links between teachers 'reactions to bullying and teachers' attitudes and self - efficacy. Study sample: 202 subjects. The Handling Bullying Questionnaire, the Bullying Attitude Questionnaire, Efficacy in Classroom Management, and demographic questions are used for evaluation. The study confirmed that teachers' reactions to bullying differ significantly by age and length of service. However, a comparison of teachers' responses by gender did not show significant differences. Assessing teachers 'attitudes towards bullying, significant differences were found between teachers' age and length of service, and between education. The study revealed the links between teachers 'reactions to bullying and teachers' attitudes towards bullying. It can be argued that teachers ’responses to bullying are statistically significantly related to the efficacy in classroom management. In summary, ignoring bullying is significantly predicted by teachers ’attitude to take bullying seriously. |
