Abstract [eng] The electric vehicle has been introduced as a panacea to the persisting environmental issues. To promote such transportation, advertisers have employed bold statements and included impressive statistical figures. However, sceptically inclined individuals have revealed facts, which contradict the statements of the advertisers. Therefore, concerns have been elicited that the manufacturers may potentially employ promotional propaganda to conceal the negative aspects of the electric vehicle.
