The master's thesis analyses the attitude of patients to the quality of provided health care services. Patients' attitudes are influenced by many factors, so the aim of this research is to analyse the attitudes of patients with cardiovascular disease towards the quality of services provided. in order to achieve the goal, the analysis of scientific literature and the method of quantitative research were applied. A questionnaire was used to assess patient satisfaction with the services provided by the hospital. The results of the study showed that the respondents would choose this institution again. The respondents were satisfied with the work of physicians and nurses, as well as the environment of the ward. It was found that the respondents' attitude towards the quality of provided services is influenced by socio-demographic factors. The results of the research created preconditions for identifying shortcomings and providing recommendations for the improvement of services. |
