Abstract [eng] The opinion of patients reflect the quality of health care services in the chosen health care institution. Approach of patients‘ to the services provided allows them to look for ways to improve the existing service system. The purpose of this work is to determine the level of quality of services of the health care counseling department and to present a proposal for improvement. Work tasks: 1.To uncover the concept and content of the quality of health care and its services. 2.To analyze the peculiarities of service quality assessment. 3.To provide measure for outpatient counseling department services improvement. Object of the thesis – the quality of services in the outpatient counseling department. The work consists of three parts. The first part discusses the theoretical aspects of health care services quality assesment. The second part describes research methodology (research methods, research instrument, research sample characteristics). The third part presents and discusses the results of the study. The conclusions summarize the analysis of the presented literature and the results of the study. After analyzing and evaluating the approach of patients‘ towards the quality of the health care services in the outpatient counseling department, suggestions are provided on how to improve the quality of provided services.
