Master's thesis deals with a recently relevant topic - employee turnover in logistics companies. Therefore, the goal of this work: analyse the reasons for employee turnover in the logistics company theoretically and practically, to prepare recommendations for managerial decisions that would help reduce employee turnover. The work consists of two parts. The first part analyzes the problems of employee change, the main reasons for employee change from the theoretical point of view, the impact of employee change on the company's performance, and presents theoretical solutions for reducing employee change. The second part describes the research methodology of employee turnover in a logistics company, the structure of the questionnaire, the calculation of the research sample, practically identifies the reasons for employee change in a logistics company, systematizes the obtained research results, provides recommendations for reducing employee turnover in a logistics company. |
