Abstract [eng] The article analyzes the concepts, essence and contents of individualized and differentiated learning, substantiates the necessity for individualized learning, reveals the peculiarities of organization and application of individualized learning with reference to attitudes of various scientists, lecturers and students of a higher university school. Efficiency of individualized learning at higher university school is discussed: andragogical and psychological aspects of individualized learning, competences, roles and requirements of andragogues and adult learners in the process of individualized learning. The research results are presented: attitudes of lecturers and students of a higher university school towards individualization of learning and its use in adult’s learning process.
