Abstract [eng] Culture is an adaptive reaction. It is a way, by which a person adjusts to his environment. Culture means particular norms, traditions, and customs that depend on particular situation and manifest in particular environment. Any individual, therefore, acting in a culture or subculture, “faces many different things, falls into various circumstances where the forms of “acceptable” behaviour might be different.” For an individual who lives and is educated in a different culture, difficulties might appear in the sphere of education, social or ethno-cultural life. Every social class has its own subculture that is composed from different models. Very often such a class might even have different languages that trouble the inner communication. For pupils that come from the lower social stratum it is difficult to adjust to the dominant culture, they feel bad, uncomfortable. Socio-economic situation of pupils directly influences their learning results. Many children that come from the lower strata usually have lower IQ that is the consequence of low communication with them in their early childhood; they do not have enough skills needed for socialization. The feeling of hopelessness that crushes pupils coming from a different cultural environment usually accompanies them throughout all their life as a psychological phenomenon having impact on their aims, projects and aspirations.
